6 oz eggnog
1 oz spiced rum
2 oz bourbon
1 tbsp ground cinnamon, for garnish
Cinnamon stick, for garnish
Instructions
Add spiced rum and bourbon to eggnog and stir to combine. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Top with cinnamon stick, for garnish.

Ingredients:
2 oz Absolut Elyx
Fresh cranberries
Ginger beer
Lime
Ice
Instructions:
Muddle fresh cranberries in a copper mule mug and fill mug 2/3 of the way with ice. Add Vodka and top with ginger beer and fresh squeezed lime juice. Garnish with cranberries.

Bourbon Cream Punch

4 oz Nooku Bourbon Cream
1.5 oz cognac, brandy, or bourbon
.5 oz fresh egg white
1 dash vanilla extract
Grated nutmeg
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds. Strain into a brandy snifter. Garnish with grated nutmeg.

Juice of a quarter of a lime
Top with prosecco
Instructions
Shake all ingredients (except the prosecco) over ice, strain into champagne flute and top with prosecco.

.75 oz peppermint schnapps
.75 oz white chocolate liqueur
Candy cane 
Red sugar
Instructions:Mix and chill ingredients. Pour into a red sugar-rimmed martini glass. Garnish with a candy cane hanging on the rim.

Ingredients:Sangria 
.5 oz Cannella cinnamon cordial
2 oz Sparkling Cava 
Berries of choice (blackberries and pomegranate seeds suggested)
Citrus slices (lemon suggested)
Cinnamon stick
Star anise seeds
Instructions:Shake sangria and cinnamon cordial over ice. Fill mason jar with ice, berries, pomegranate seeds and lemon slices. Pour sangria mixture into jar, top with Cava and garnish with cinnamon sticks and star anise.

Ingredients:1 oz Buffalo Trace Bourbon
.5 oz Aperol
.5 oz Amaro Montenegro
.5 oz lemon juice
.75 oz simple syrup
Instructions:Combine the above in a metal shaker. Submerge the bottom of the shaker in another shaker filled with hot water and stir to combine and warm ingredients. Pour into a mug and top with 3 oz of Rare Tea Cellars Emperor's Lemon Meritage hot tea. Garnish with a few gratings of cinnamon.

1.5 oz Captain Morgan Oakheart Rum
.75 oz lemon juice
.75 oz simple syrup
1 strawberry
Instructions
Muddle strawberry in the bottom of a shaker tin. Add all other ingredients and ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnished with cranberry and mint sprig.

Celebrated Sagamore

Ingredients:1.5 oz Sagamore Rye whiskey3 oz Sparkling Cava
.5 oz lime juice
.75 spiced cranberry syrup*
Instructions:Add Sagamore Rye, lime juice, and spiced cranberry syrup to a champagne flute. Swirl the glass to mix. Tilt glass and gently pour in cava. Garnish with lime and cranberry.
*Spiced Cranberry Syrup: Mix equal parts water, sugar, and fresh cranberries in a pot. For every one cup cranberries, add one cinnamon stick and one rosemary sprig. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer for 15 minutes. Chill overnight, and strain.

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a shaker over ice and shake. Strain into a cocktail glass an garnish with mint, dried pineapple, and powdered sugar.

Ingredients:.75 oz Campari
.75 oz Scotch (Compass Box Great King Street or Black Grouse work well)
.5 oz lemon juice
.5 oz simple syrup
3 oz Crispin dry hard cider
Instructions:Shake Campari, Scotch, Lemon Juice, and Simple Syrup in a tin with ice and strain into a champagne flute. Top with cider and express the oil form the lemon peel on top. Enjoy!

Ingredients:1.5 oz Bank Note Blended Scotch whiskey
.25 oz Ardbeg Scotch whisky
.5 oz Cocchi Vermouth di Torino
.5 oz Cherry Heering
.5 oz lemon juice
1 level tsp Orange Marmalade
Instructions:Shake all ingredients with ice. Double strain. Serve in a coupe and garnish with a burnt orange peel.
Mulled Cranberry Juice

Ingredients:6 oz Cranberry juice
1 tsp maple syrup
Orange slices
Cloves
Rum or Vodka
Nutmeg
Cinnamon sticks
Instructions:Heat cranberry juice on low heat. Stir in one teaspoon of maple syrup. Add orange slices studded with cloves to warm cranberry juice. Serve warm with rum or vodka in a mug. Sprinkle nutmeg on top and garnish with cinnamon sticks and additional orange slices.
Mezcal Old Fashioned

Ingredients:2 oz Del Maguey Vida Mezcal

2 barspoons superfine sugar

2 dashes Angostura Bitters (Fee's Barrel Aged Bitters works great)
Instructions:Place the sugar in glass, add the bitters, small dash of soda water and stir until sugar has dissolved. Add Mezcal and fill with cubed ice. 
Stir well and strain into glass.
Fill with fresh cubed ice.
Twist outside of glass with oils from orange peel. Add luxardo cherry and place peel over the glass.

4 oz Nooku Bourbon Cream
2 oz concentrated cold brew coffee or 1 oz espresso
Sprinkle of ground espresso on top
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in Double Old Fashioned Glass over ice and stir for about 20 seconds. Sprinkle grounded espresso.

Juice of 1 lime
Raspberries
Rosemary
Sugar
Instructions:Rim a Martini glass with sugar. Fill your cocktail shaker halfway with ice and pour in the ingredients. Shake until chilled and strain the mixture into the glass. Garnish with two raspberries and sprig of rosemary.

Ingredients:1.5 oz House-infused Black Sesame Sochu
.5 oz Godiva Dark Chocolate Liqueur
2 oz homemade sesame hot chocolateGrand Marnier Cream
Black sesame seeds
Instructions:Combine sochu, chocolate liqueur, and hot chocolate in mug. Top with Grand Marnier Cream and Black Sesame seeds.

Mint Toddy

Ingredients:2 oz Jameson Black Barrel Irish whiskey3/4 oz honey syrup
1/8 oz allspice dram
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
3 oz. Hot Fresh Mint Tea Lemon (for garnish)
Instructions:Shake all ingredients except hot tea together. Pour in Irish coffee mug. 
Garnish with lemon wheel.

Ingredients:1 Whole Egg
1 oz heavy cream
.5 oz maple syrup
.25 oz St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram 
1.5 oz Paul Beau VS CognacFreshly grated nutmeg, to garnish
Directions:Combine all of the ingredients into a shaker. Shake without ice first, then add ice and shake again to chill and dilute the eggnog slightly (by about 1 ounce). Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.

Ingredients:2 oz Prairie Organic Gin
1 oz Cocchi Torino Sweet Vermouth
.5 oz St. George Spirits Spiced Pear Liqueur
.25 tsp Easy & Oskey Grapefruit Bitters
Good quality dry sparkling wineLemon twist
Instructions:Stir gin, vermouth, pear liqueur and bitters over clean ice for at least 30 seconds. Strain into a champagne flute or coupe glass. Top with 2 or 3 ounces of the sparkling wine.
To garnish, with a sharp knife remove a coin size piece of lemon peel from a fresh organic lemon, and squeeze the oils from the lemon twist onto the surface of the drink. Add the twist to the drink, and toast the Holiday Season!
