Sushi is served on minimalist Japanese-style , geometric , mono or duo-tone wood or lacquer plates.

Soy sauce is the usual condiment , and sushi is normally served with a small sauce dish, or a compartment in the bento.

Ingredients:

10 red grapes
75ml Dubonnet
chilled prosecco, to top
strip of orange zest, to garnish

Method

Put nine grapes into a cocktail shaker and muddle to crush and extract the juice. Add a handful of ice cubes and the Dubonnet. Snake vigorously. Strain into an old fashioned glass, ad ice and top with prosecco. Squeeze the zest lengthways to spritz essential oils over the drink. Use to garnish along with the remaining grape on a cocktail stick.
